Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from www.goldcbd.com!

 

If you are experiencing issues with an item please contact support@goldcbd.com- we will be more than happy to speak with you!

If you still wish to return your product, please see our Returns Process below.

Returns Process:
1. Please email support@goldcbd.com and notify us that you wish to return your item within 30 days of purchase.
2. Once you have shipped your item to us, please email your tracking number to support@goldcbd.com so that we can keep tabs on it!
3. Once we receive your item and determine that it is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund and email you a confirmation. 

 

Please Note

In order to be eligible for a refund, product must be returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. 

This means that the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.  For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Gold Standard CBD will only accept returns and refunds on items purchased directly from www.goldcbd.com. Gold Standard CBD will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.
