Because we sell consumable hemp-derived products, we are unable to resell any items that have left our facility. This is standard practice across the industry to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Lost or Stolen Packages
goldcbd.com and goldcanna.com is not responsible for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. We recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim. We're happy to assist you in that process if needed.
