Business Hours

Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time Zone (PT). We are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during this time will be processed on the next available business day.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping time. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected.

Bulk Products: Orders containing bulk products will be shipped exclusively via UPS. A signature from an adult is required for delivery of bulk flower items. Shipping costs for bulk products are also determined by weight and location. Bulk items are ¼ pound, ½ pounds, 1 pound, and prerolls.
